I’m Tim Bailey. I combine a decade of marketing leadership with modern AI tools to help teams turn strategy into working systems and measurable results. I lead the direction, build alongside the team, and stay hands-on through execution so I can see what’s working, what isn’t, and what we do next.
Tim’s portrait is ready to follow the pointer across the hero.

What changed
When my chapter ended at a large marketing agency, I used the opening to rethink how marketing work could get done. I started a freelance practice, served real clients, and built the systems behind the work. Every idea had to hold up against real deadlines, budgets, feedback, and results.
What came out of it isn’t a theory about AI. It’s a working model for how a strategist, a team, and the right technology can move from a goal to real work and measurable results.
This isn’t emerging technology replacing marketing. It’s a marketer using it to build a better way to get results.
I like to start with a clear goal, build what the plan actually needs, and work alongside the team through execution so I can see the results take shape and help make the next move.

Play the fieldThe way I work became the way the system works.
I designed twelve specialist AI agents around the work a modern marketing team already needs to do: strategy, content, media, web, analytics, operations, and quality. Each one has a defined role, clear standards, and the context it needs to contribute.
I lead the formation and set the pace. I set the direction, work alongside the system, make the judgment calls, and stay hands-on through delivery. The technology helps the team move faster and stay connected. The result still depends on strong marketing leadership.

Formation key
From system to proof
A better operating model only matters if it can handle real briefs, deadlines, budgets, feedback, and results. Here is what made it out into the world.
Led the rebrand and production website from kickoff to launch, including identity, copy, design, analytics, conversion tracking, client playbooks, paid creative, and launch video.
Repaired pixel and server-side conversion tracking, raising match quality to 8.0 out of 10, then managed Meta and Google programs, creative direction, and executive reporting. Gross revenue increased 84% in month one compared with the same month a year earlier, and 86% of customers were new to the brand.
Built the positioning and messaging system, wrote the funnel copy, directed paid creative and photography, and brought the new website together as one connected experience.
Built a fixed weekly rhythm across social, SEO, blogs, landing pages, and sales outreach. AI-assisted workflows help plan, draft, and stage the work. Human review stays in front of every publish.
Built executive-grade reporting packages with 18 automated checks before a report reaches a client. The system applies editorial standards shaped by real client feedback across multiple review cycles.
Built a consistent system for statements of work, agreements, proposals, sales decks, and one-pagers, so the materials are ready when a conversation becomes an opportunity.
Daily briefs compile on schedule, client context stays current, and routine handoffs start from live information. The system handles the plumbing so people can spend more time on the decisions.
The first row is the brands and clients I’ve worked with throughout my career. The second is what I’ve built myself, from working prototypes to products in market.

The new range
I bring more than a decade of marketing experience, judgment, and curiosity to the work. Modern emerging technologies have made the digital possibilities feel almost limitless. I can move from strategy into the website, product, automation, reporting, creative, or system behind it while staying focused on the people and business result it needs to serve.
That combination has changed what I can contribute. The experience still guides the decisions. The technology gives me more ways to bring them to life and see the result.
How it connects
I stay curious and keep learning because the tools available to marketers are changing fast. It’s not about chasing every new product. It’s about knowing what can improve the work and how to connect the right tools into a system that gets results.

Beyond the work
Soccer shaped how I work long before marketing did. I played NCAA Division I and II while earning my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. It taught me to read the field, compete, adjust, and understand that every role matters.
Today the game still shows up in how I lead, how I build, and how I think about teams. Off the field, I’m running, raising a young family, and chasing my son around Coconut Grove.
The next move
I’m interested in agencies, teams, and partners who want stronger strategy, more connected systems, and less distance between an idea and the result. If you’re building toward that, I’d like to hear what you’re working on.
